      <image:caption>With the holiday season just a few short months away, and while consumers are finding ways to cool off in the summer heat, retailers are gearing up for the biggest shopping moment of the year. With an estimated $1 trillion of spending expected during the December holiday season, Klarna wants to own the “Holiday in July” narrative by launching a campaign that offers retailers insights, guidance, and support that best prepares them for online and in-store shopping during the holidays—especially in the Covid era. We were tasked with developing a creative wrapper which will be leveraged across all program activities and materials. This will include a holistic look &amp; feel, campaign messaging (headline, subtext, CTA), graphic design aesthetic for program assets (direct mailers, banner ads, emails, social posts, etc). Our creative approach was to create a virtual event that visualized the sale wishes of Klarna’s clients under palm trees and their toes in the sand. Card Members and their guests were able to escape the slopes and enjoy exclusive access to handcrafted drinks and bites, recovery and renewal activities, and crafts for the kids. This Après Ski themed pop-up experience was intended to tease and celebrate the opening of the permanent Centurion Lounge coming to Denver Airport in 2020. This lounge served as a premium retreat in a busy ski environment, while delivering a remarkable experience for Platinum + Centurion Card Members and their guests. The goal of this activation was to surprise and delight Card Members and increase their card satisfaction, while also driving card envy and acquisition. With FYSEE 360 Experience guests were invited to explore Emmy Nominated Netflix Original shows like they’ve never seen before - built in 3D. Guests were taken through their favorite shows digitally, where they encountered clickable touch points that opened video clips about the show. For the best experience, we created a lobby where people were given instructions on how to navigate the interface from Morty, a hormone monster from Big Mouth, and were prompted to choose a show to begin the experience with.       <image:caption>For the upcoming Netflix original series Social Distancing, Netflix came to us to ideate creative ways to highlight the importance of social distancing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as bring communities together and shine much needed bright spots in city environments. By making use of the stores and restaurants that have shuttered due to the pandemic, the pop up creates a bit of hope and respite in front of these beloved spots. The activation celebrates these shops by creating a bright spot at their storefront; a socially distanced activity that is sure to surprise &amp; delight.
