American Express is out to be the champion for corporate employees by creating a central rallying cry around Employee Appreciation Day that brings real change to the modern corporate culture. On March 6th, 2020, American Express showed how they back employees through Acts of Appreciation that highlight the power of the Corporate Program and celebrate the connection they have with their colleagues.
During National Employee Appreciation Day, American Express reminded people to stop and take a moment to appreciate their employees and colleagues by providing tools to share small acts of appreciation, and in turn receive a small act of appreciation too.
