Rockaway Beach Urban Landscape is located on the northern beachfront of the Rockaway Peninsula. The 80+ acres are split into three sections beginning with a nature reserve that slowly morphs into an urban landscape. From small to large scale, the design mimics the topography of sand dunes which in turn will help the resiliency of the surrounding neighborhood.
